These are your tasks:

• Development and implementation of growth strategies for product fields outside of low-voltage cable sets
• Exemplary product areas: High-voltage cable sets and system solutions in the field of electromobility, insourcing and external business development for data cable systems, component business
• Further development of the product and system portfolio through an integrated consideration of product and process solutions, including new supplier structures (e.g., together with Luxshare) for competitive offerings.
• Identifying new business opportunities with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers and for commercial vehicles
• Analysis of market, technology and competitive developments, particularly in the areas of high-voltage architectures, E/E systems and vehicle networking.
• Defining product roadmaps, pricing strategies and business cases for new technologies together with various departments.
• Building and maintaining a strategic opportunity pipeline, as well as supporting customer projects until handover to the project organization.
• Project management to support strategy development through to successful implementation
• Close collaboration and coordination with sales, engineering, purchasing, plants and international teams

You bring the following with you:

• Successfully completed technical or business administration studies or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in business development, sales, product management or production management in the automotive industry
• Project management experience in cross-functional teams
• Solid knowledge in one or more of the above-mentioned areas: High Voltage Wiring Harness, High Voltage Connection Systems, Charging Infrastructure, Data Cable Assembly or similar.
• A good understanding of trends and requirements in electromobility and future vehicle platforms.
• Strong customer focus, strategic thinking skills and confident demeanor in an international environment
