Policy Analysis and Legislative Advocacy: Analyzing legislation and regulatory issues. Advocating for the company’s regulatory agenda during public hearings and meetings with state legislators and staff.
Stakeholder and Community Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, community groups, and third-party coalitions. Representing the company on local boards and commissions and acting as the face of the corporation in served communities.
Event Coordination and Community Relations: Organizing and managing community events to bridge relationships between the community and elected officials. Promoting the company’s initiatives and addressing constituent concerns.
Other duties as assigned: Supporting processes related to Political Action Committee (PAC) activity, internal collaboration, strategy development, leading lobbying activities, negotiations, addressing constituent concerns, and/or grant management
