Description Ready to lead the work you know best? Wagner is looking for a Lead Fabricator to step into a Team Leader role in our Pipe Bending Department. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who understands fabrication, takes pride in quality work, and is ready to guide a team. If you’ve been the go-to person on the floor—the one others rely on for setups, troubleshooting, and getting the job done right—this is your next step.
