Description The Lead Facilitator provides advanced facilitation services while serving as a mentor, coach, and resource for Facilitators. This role ensures high-quality, consistent delivery of family-centered meetings, supports staff development, and promotes fidelity to statewide standards. The Lead Facilitator also collaborates with leadership and community partners to enhance program effectiveness and outcomes. Key Responsibilities Facilitation & Case Responsibilities Coordinate and facilitate Youth-Centered Planning Meetings (YCPM) in alignment with statewide standards. Prepare participants, guide productive discussions, and ensure actionable, family-driven plans. Manage complex or high-conflict cases requiring advanced facilitation skills. Complete timely and accurate documentation and ensure compliance with contractual requirements. Leadership & Coaching Provide mentorship, coaching, and support to Facilitators. Model best practices in facilitation, engagement, and documentation. Assist in onboarding and training new Facilitators. Offer real-time guidance and feedback to improve staff performance. Quality Assurance & Program Support Monitor fidelity to statewide standards and internal expectations. Review documentation and provide feedback to ensure quality and compliance. Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for program improvement. Support implementation of quality improvement initiatives. Coordination & Collaboration Serve as a liaison between Facilitators, supervisors, and community partners. Collaborate with HHS, JCS, schools, and other stakeholders to support effective outcomes. Assist in resolving barriers to scheduling, participation, or service coordination. Administrative & Team Responsibilities Participate in staff meetings, training, and leadership discussions. Support scheduling coordination and workload balance as needed. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all agency policies and procedures. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM Advanced facilitation skills with the ability to manage complex and high-conflict conversations. Strong leadership and coaching abilities. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to model and reinforce family-centered, strength-based practices. Collaborative mindset and ability to work across multiple systems. What You Need to Succeed Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field (preferred) with relevant experience. Demonstrated experience as a Facilitator or similar role. Completion of required trainings and certifications with ongoing renewal. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance. Ability to manage conflict, support staff, and maintain professional boundaries. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to travel to meeting locations and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
