WE LOVE OUR WORK. SUMMARY Responsible for directing the operations and performance of the Property Operations department in maintaining the upkeep of the physical property of the casino. To perform this job successfully, a Team Member must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. Responsible for overseeing daily job orders, determining work priorities, assigning tasks, and ensuring quality and timeless of completion. Ensure the tracking and execution of preventive maintenance tasks. Oversee and ensure quality of all internal and outsourced installation and repair, including: Kitchen equipment and machinery HVAC equipment Counters, cabinets, benches, partitions, floors, doors Building framework and trim Window and door glass Ceiling and floor tile Wall coverings Plumbing fixtures Electrical Demonstrate a willingness and ability to deliver quality guest service to external and internal guests that perpetuates Hollywood Casino’s commitment towards quality guest service. Follow all safety rules. Maintain compliance with the Illinois Gaming Board Rules, Standards and the company's System of Internal Controls and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. Work within the quality control guidelines established by PENN and Hollywood Casino Aurora Create and maintain an environment of mutual and reciprocal trust, respect, and confidence within the department and with interactions with internal and external guests Other duties as assigned. High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or trade school preferred 3+ years of facilities or building maintenance experience Prior lead, senior, or supervisory experience strongly preferred Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Proficiency with maintenance tracking systems STAY IN THE GAME.
