Responsible for effectively supporting the sales activities in business growth and customer engagement to achieve the sales targets. a. Responsible for professional service such as product inquiry, product technical support, and appropriate assistance for marketing activities b. Arrange suited product or service training course by sales team's demand e. Interdepartmental communication regarding complaint resolution and root cause analysis g. Liaising and maintaining customer relationships whilst maintaining quality customer service. Bachelor's degree in electrical and Electronics or related. Minimum 5 years of related working experience Knowledgeable in UPS products and applications Must be able to make technical proposal presentations to customers and consulting engineers. Factory and field troubleshooting methods and equipment Electrical installation methods, practices, and the National Electrical Code Fluent in English and Chinese required Customer focused Good communication skill Result-oriented with good problem-solving skills
