Pay: $22–$24/hr + 10% incentive compensation Team: You + one technician Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm (occasional flexibility for extended repairs, special projects, or rare weekend needs). Optional 4x10 schedule may be available based on business needs and team coverage. Territory: Spokane + North Idaho (company van provided) About the Role Lead a small, dependable service team while staying hands-on in the field. You’ll schedule and prioritize work orders, perform advanced repairs, manage inventory, and ensure equipment across all locations stays reliable and ready for clients.
