Description
The Lead Field Service Technician is responsible for leading the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic security systems, including access control, CCTV/video surveillance, intrusion detection, intercom, and related low-voltage systems. This role serves as the technical lead for field operations, providing guidance to technicians, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with company and industry standards. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you’ll work out of our Indianapolis, IN location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the security and safety of our customers by ensuring the proper installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of access control and CCTV systems. Your leadership and technical skills will help optimize service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
