Salary: $115,000 – $130,000 base + 15% target bonus + 401(k)
Location: Maple Grove, MN | Onsite During Onboarding (hybrid work-model available following onboarding)

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE LEAD FINANCIAL ANALYST:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of progressive FP&A experience; exposure to General Ledger or close-related accounting preferred.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; Power BI or similar analytics tools a plus.
• Strong communication and business partnership skills; proven ability to influence across departments.

• Serve as the financial lead for one or more business units, managing full P&L oversight, forecasting, budgeting, and period-end close.
• Provide accounting support related to the General Ledger, including journal entries, variance analysis, and collaboration with the accounting team during close cycles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive business strategy and financial performance.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models and dashboards that inform strategic decisions.
• Analyze trends, track KPIs, and identify risks and opportunities to improve profitability.
• Enhance forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency by leveraging data tools and automation.
