Your Impact As a Lead Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping data-driven decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Finance. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Corporate Revenue Operations, this role bridges traditional revenue operations with finance. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, performing deep analytics that drive a culture and language of growth across the company. This position requires a strong blend of business acumen and technical expertise to deliver actionable, impactful, and meaningful insights. What the role offers: Serve as the primary business partner and advisor for one of our sales pillars delivering insights that inform sales and marketing leadership on pipeline quality and health which lead to actionable insights and shape strategic decision-making. Support long-term strategic planning and investment analysis for new markets, industries and other business opportunities. Own the projection of key variables and provide context on KPIs to drive strategic decisions. Develop a narrative around KPIs to drive growth decisions. Influence priorities across Finance, Sales, and Marketing to drive performance to our revenue outcomes and growth objectives. Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making across Finance, Sales, and Marketing. What you need to succeed: 6-8 years of experience in sales operations, finance, or marketing role working within a fast-paced technology environment with demonstrated abilities of senior level interactions A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Science Strong research, analytical/decision making and problem-solving skills. Advanced Excel skills with experience in pivot tables or Power Pivot. Skilled in SQL querying for research, data pulls and analysis purposes. Proficiency in Python is preferred; experience with other analytical tools is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to synthesize data insights into simple and actionable details. Strong planning, organization and time management skills Strong business acumen and attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
