Lead Financial Systems Risk Analyst
Position Summary:
The Lead Financial Systems Risk Analyst will be responsible for the strategy, execution, design, development, support, reinforcement of Financial Systems Risks and Segregation of Duties.
This position plays a dual role within the organization. As a strategic advisor, this role is empowered by the Senior Management team to oversee and mitigate financial and security risks across critical enterprise systems. This includes designing and implementing effective controls for segregation of duties, sensitive access, and compliance for ongoing systems such as Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, SCM, Workday, BisTrack, Mortgage Cadence, Kyriba, etc. The position involves close collaboration with various business units to develop and maintain a balanced security framework that minimizes risk while ensuring operational functionality.
On the functional side, this role focuses on enhancing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle Cloud ERP modules focusing on FCC, either as primary or back up support. The role provides back up support for EDM and minor configurations for PCM.

Core Functions:

  • Advise and collaborate on the design and build of proper segregation of duties, sensitive access, and compliance for critical financial systems including Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, SCM, OTM, Workday, Mortgage Cadence, Kyriba (Cash Management), BisTrack, and other in-scope systems.
  • Partner with corporate business units to plan, design, build, and maintain security and controls that minimize risk to acceptable levels while balancing operational functionality.
  • Help monitor key systems’ segregation of duties using the SOD tool (FastPath) and ensure compliance with the organization’s SOD ruleset.
  • Submits access tickets for ERP, EPM, SCM, OTM, etc
  • Assist in the design, configurations, updates, and maintenance of Oracle EPM-FCC application.
  • Provides back-up resources for EPM modules such as EDM, Planning & Budgeting.
  • Configure workflows and MDM data for consistent enterprise use, ensure system governance, maintain standardization, and optimize information flows.
  • Coordinate testing, implementation, and training for monthly and quarterly upgrades from ERP and EPM providers when role changes are needed.
  • Troubleshoot EPM support issues related to business functionality and test configurations for Oracle updates.
  • Manage the design, build, and quality assurance of all Oracle custom roles and stacked role combinations for Oracle Cloud Financials and Supply Chain Management through the continued waterfall roll out to HBF, HFA, House Smart, Retail, and CPG.
  • Manage and maintain role-based provisioning for Oracle Cloud, ensuring compliance with segregation of duties (SOD) requirements.
  • Oversee the enhancement project to automate provisioning processes for business users.
  • Assist in training and advising the Oracle Solution Admin Team on security and control practices, as well as custom role design.
  • Review Continuing Professional Education (CPE) program content for relevance and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Four-year college degree with a Bachelor’s in Business Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree in a related area preferred.
  • Years of Related Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle or comparable ERP systems, or Accounting Systems.
  • Licenses/Certifications: CPA, CISA, or CIA preferred.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Functional knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets, and Cash Management required.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and management to effectively utilize, design, and maintain ERP and Oracle modules.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
