The Lead Fleet Hand Technician will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operation of our fleet in Vancouver, working closely with the Fleet and Branch Manager, ensuring that our vehicles and drivers are operating at optimum performance level.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Required: Red Seal Truck & Coach License
• Good knowledge of standard repair times
• Experience on Audit and vendor relations
• Good knowledge of Electrical and Electronic repairs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in fleet management or a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of CVIP regulations and industry-specific safety and security procedures.
• Strong leadership, planning, organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding safety and security standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
