This is a remote position. Schedule: Monday–Saturday, flexible between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (MST / Montana) Total Weekly Hours: 20 Hours Step into an exciting role where you’ll connect with warm, pre-qualified leads who have already expressed interest in GLP-1 injectable treatments and cryo slimming services. This is not a cold-calling position — every conversation is with prospects who have shown genuine interest through Facebook or other marketing channels. Your goal is to turn that interest into booked consultations and confirmed sales. ​ Responsibilities Contact warm leads who have inquired about GLP-1 injectables and cryo slimming treatments. Educate prospects on treatment benefits, processes, and expected outcomes to build trust and confidence. Set and confirm appointments for consultations, ensuring a smooth booking process. Engage in meaningful conversations that convert inquiries into confirmed sales. Follow up with existing clients to encourage repeat sessions, renewals, or package upgrades. Identify and recommend upsell opportunities for enhanced wellness or aesthetic programs. Create and manage payment forms to ensure accurate billing and a seamless client onboarding experience. Maintain detailed logs of calls, appointments, payments, and conversions. Provide regular updates and insights to the business owner to improve lead quality and sales strategies. ​ Requirements Strong English communication skills with a professional, persuasive, and empathetic tone. Proven experience in appointment setting, telesales, or consultative sales, ideally in medical aesthetics or wellness. Working knowledge or familiarity with GLP-1 injectables (e.g., semaglutide, tirzepatide, or similar treatments). Knowledgeable in creating and managing payment forms (e.g., through Stripe, Square, or similar platforms). Ability to handle 50+ quality calls per day in focused 4-hour work sessions. Sales-driven mindset with the ability to create urgency, excitement, and close conversions. Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional phone setup for remote work. Available Monday to Friday, with flexibility for Saturday follow-ups if needed. Consistently achieves or exceeds a 15+ appointment per month target. Genuine passion for wellness, aesthetics, and helping clients reach their goals.
