JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Football Coach to lead and develop our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sports coaching and teaching, with the ability to inspire athletes to reach their full potential. This role involves not only training players but also fostering teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in sports coaching, preferably in football.
  • Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate effectively with players of all ages.
  • Knowledge of football techniques, rules, and strategies.
  • Level 2 in coaching football.
  • Excellent leadership qualities with a focus on teamwork and motivation.
  • Ability to assess player performance and provide tailored guidance for improvement.
  • First Aid certification is desirable but not mandatory. If you are enthusiastic about football coaching and have the skills to develop young athletes both on and off the pitch, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.

Responsibilities

  • Promote a positive team culture that encourages respect, effort, and enjoyment of the sport.
  • Collaborate with other coaching staff and school officials to ensure a cohesive approach to player development.
  • Organise team meetings, events, and competitions while ensuring compliance with league regulations.
