Key Qualifications: * 1–3 years of related experience * Excellent written, technical, and verbal communication skills * Familiarity with OS X office systems (Calendar, Mail) a plus * Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities * Professional composure at all times * Strong customer service skills * Ability to give and receive constructive feedback * Ability to build positive relationships and influence others * Conflict resolution skills and sound judgment on when to escalate issues * Flexibility with last-minute schedule changes * Clean driving record (subject to DMV and background check) * Reliable transportation Lead Reception Role: The Lead Receptionist supports the Reception Supervisor and front desk team, ensuring consistent, high-quality guest service and smooth daily operations. This role acts as a point of contact in the supervisor’s absence, provides guidance to peers, and helps maintain operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: * Support the Reception Supervisor with daily operations and guest service coordination * Maintain consistent service standards and professional communication * Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring reception staff * Manage scheduling, coverage, and administrative tasks for the reception area * Maintain information flow between reception, facilities, and other departments * Enhance overall efficiency and guest experience * Make sound decisions and handle tasks independently * Provide direction and support to peers as needed Additional Responsibilities: * Schedule and take notes for BCI group and team meetings * Assist with AP Tours and Monthly Newsletter collaboration * Check in with new hires and support their transition * Provide witness support during employee counseling sessions * Participate in orientation, onboarding, and initial phone screens * Manage Conference Room Scheduler (CRS) Quip document and project tracking * Develop and present monthly slideshow presentations on policies and procedures * Assist as a classroom trainer for new and existing team members * Coordinate logistics for team events and meetings * Provide support in the executive Reception area * Drive Apple EV mobility carts to assist with guest transportation In the Supervisor’s Absence: * Serve as point of contact for employees and clients * Send daily team announcements * Counsel employees and administer constructive coaching * Audit ADP time punches daily/weekly * Conduct orientation and onboarding for new hires Other Duties: * Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager Education & Experience: * Associate’s degree preferred, not required * Customer service experience: 1+ year preferred Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shift, no weekends Benefits: * Dental, health, vision, and life insurance Work Location: In-person #IND Qualifications Work Onsite at a Global Leader in Innovation and Technology!
