REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of proven experience in front-end development
• 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ReactJS
• Background in TypeScript
• Knowledge of AWS services
• Skills in responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lead a team towards meeting project timelines and quality benchmarks
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies

• Lead the development and implementation of the front-end architecture for the SaaS platform
• Collaborate with backend developers and UI/UX designers to enhance the product’s functionalities and user experience
• Spearhead the migration of legacy systems to modern JavaScript frameworks
• Develop and maintain high-quality code with scalability in mind
• Ensure optimal application performance across multiple devices and browsers
• Mentor and guide team members in front-end development practices and technologies
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high coding standards
• Translate design and wireframes into high-quality code
• Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business needs
