We are seeking a talented Lead Front-end Developer to bridge the gap between engineering and product teams.
This role will be pivotal in designing and implementing scalable solutions that enhance user engagement and drive business success through advanced e-commerce platforms, personalization strategies, and robust analytics integration.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Front-End Development
• 2+ years of experience in technical product management, e-commerce frontend development, or marketing technology
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
• Strong understanding of personalization strategies and A/B testing methodologies
• Experience with ReactJS and Angular
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like CommerceTools or SAP Hybris
• Background in backend development to understand system architecture
• Experience in leading software development teams, demonstrating excellent leadership skills
• Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product vision into innovative technical solutions
• Lead large-scale e-commerce projects, focusing on front-end development and marketing technology integrations
• Develop and execute personalization strategies using tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Implement A/B testing frameworks and analyze results to optimize user experience
• Help optimize product features based on data insights and analytics
• Develop strategies for improving search engine optimization
• Identify web performance bottlenecks and optimize the frontend stack
