THESE ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 5-7 years of professional front-end development experience in a senior role with project responsibility and mentoring
  • 2-3 years of formal leadership experience, directly managing and mentoring developers
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent experience
  • Expert proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript
  • Strong experience with Tailwind CSS and modern CSS principles
  • Proven experience with headless architectures and API consumption (GraphQL/REST)
  • Direct experience interacting with clients or stakeholders in a technical support or project lead capacity
  • Solid understanding of front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite) and version control (Git)
  • Strong leadership potential and excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex technical ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proactive problem-solver with a passion for industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Experience with traditional CMS platforms like WordPress and Drupal in headless or progressively decoupled scenarios is a plus
  • Familiarity with Sitecore Headless (Next.js) is a plus

    The salary range for this role is $98,000- $118,000, based on the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

Responsibilities
  • Independently lead and own smaller-scale projects and feature enhancements from concept to deployment and post-launch support, serving as the primary technical point of contact
  • Collaborate with a Technical Architect on larger initiatives and enterprise projects
  • Design and implement robust front-end solutions using React, Next.js, and TypeScript, while championing best practices and suggesting technological advancements
  • Create user-centric digital solutions, including standalone websites and complex content-authorable applications, leveraging headless architectures with a focus on Sitecore JSS and other headless CMS platforms
  • Craft visually stunning and responsive user interfaces using Tailwind CSS and modern CSS strategies
  • Apply component-based thinking to develop modular and reusable components, enhancing scalability and maintainability, and share experiences with tools like Storybook
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers, providing technical guidance, leading code reviews, and mentoring junior developers
  • Act as a client-facing technical expert for discussions and support, effectively communicating complex solutions and managing client inquiries
  • Focus on performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility, collaborating with the QA team to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Enhance existing processes, modernize legacy front-end systems, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement
