JOB TITLE - Lead Front-End Software Engineer - Remote in the United States
JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Frontend Software Engineer to provide technical leadership and hands-on development expertise within our engineering team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment, enjoys mentoring engineers, and is passionate about building modern, reliable, customer-centric web applications.
As a key leader in our team, you will be responsible for shaping the frontend strategy of our cloud-based software platform, working closely with architects, product managers, UI/UX professionals, QA, and other engineering leads. You will also play a crucial role in coaching existing team members to enhance their technical capabilities.
