LEAD FRONT END DEVELOPER - VMAAS REMOTE

We are looking for a talented and self-motivated Lead Frontend Developer to join our fast-paced ever-growing organization. You will join our Video Meeting platform (VMaaS) development team as a Lead Frontend Developer and Frontend technical team leader. This role maybe located in the eastern or central time zones in Canada, the United States, and Medellin, Colombia.

• Under the direction of the VMaaS platform Director of Engineering, you will act as the main frontend architect and developer, providing guidance and supervision for more junior team member
• Act as main technical architect and leader for Sangoma Meet (VMaaS) frontend development team
• Provide supervision (Guidance, code reviews, etc..) for VMaaS frontend development team members
• Perform peer code reviews and make sure produced code meets high-quality standards
• Design and implement frontend software related to the VMaaS platform
• Design and develop mobile applications for the VMaaS platform
• Perform any debugging and issue analysis of the issues reported by customers
• Integrate third party cloud APIs and libraries
• Collaborate with Backend and DevOps teams to guarantee flawless user experience for Sangoma Meet product
• Use best practices coding and software development to produce highly efficient scalable and secure software
