About the Company Avoma is an intelligent meeting assistant for business people to automate some of the common tasks required for any business meeting. We leverage NLP and machine learning techniques to summarize meeting notes and extract key topics and action items discussed. About the Role We are looking for a Software Engineer specialized in frontend to build the best in class user experience and work on complex frontend tasks - including but not limited to * Collaborative Note Editor (like Google Docs, Notion) based on Slate and Y.js * Interactive Dashboards with plain D3, as well as Reactive Wrappers around it. * Video Player enhancements with Video.js, streaming * Performance Improvements, Caching, Bundling improvements, Github pipelines * Chrome Extension Requirements * 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with a track record of delivering software with high business impact * Experience with React.js, Redux, Javascript, HTML, CSS. * Technically led projects which have involved multiple engineering teams. * Capable of delivering high priority features by collaborating with cross-functional teams. * Attention to detail and passion to build great consumer app grade UI * Passionate about user experience * Experience building responsive UI * Experience translating UX mockups to Tailwind CSS * Experience writing scalable, high-performant and clean code * Excellent in both spoken and written communication skills Benefits * What you get from Avoma (Benefits) * This is a full time direct hire role. * A transparent salary structure * Starting Salary Range: ₹3,700,000- ₹4,500,000 Depending on Experience. * Equity options. * 15 days of vacation annually on top of company holidays * 10 days of sick time annually on top of vacation and company holidays About Avoma * Avoma is an intelligent meeting assistant for teams looking to automate some of the common tasks required for customer-focused meetings.
