• 7+ years of experience in Web development
• Strong development experience with React.js
• Proficiency in using TypeScript.
• Experience with Jest and a love for unit tests.
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Experience with Next.js.
• Experience with asynchronous programming and observables.
• Experience with cloud solutions.
• Experience or willingness to work with any CMS.
• Experience or willingness to work with GraphQL.
• Eagerness to do things in an agile way following best practices in Scrum framework.
• Experience or willingness to work with audio and video technologies.
• Great communication skills in English.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a member of the Pathfinders squad, you’ll focus on top-of-the-funnel activation, working on the Podimo website (e.g., the homepage, show pages, signup pages, and similar) to activate and onboard users into the platform effectively. In this role, you will:

• Focus on frontend development: write, maintain, and deliver high-quality code.
• Simplify architecture, manage technical debt, and enforce best practices in security and testing.
• Take ownership of team deliverables and ensure adherence to code quality standards.
• Monitor and oversee system stability and performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, suggest and document solutions, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Mentor other engineers, share knowledge, and drive key team initiatives.by fostering a culture of support and collaboration, enhancing team productivity and growth.
