As the Lead Full Stack Developer, you’ll be the design custodian, ensuring applications are well-engineered, maintainable, and aligned with business goals. You’ll lead the development team, set technical standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to bring product visions to life using cutting-edge tools and practices.
You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality software quickly and efficiently, while also providing technical leadership and support across testing, deployment, and documentation.

Day to day, you’ll:

• Lead and coach developers to deliver effective software solutions.
• Set programming standards and ensuring compliance with security and development methods.
• Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performing applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate design concepts into functional code.
• Manage deployments, testing, and third-level support for production environments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of development technologies and advising on their application.
