Responsibilities
  • Lead a Scrum team of 4-6 developers/testers, fostering collaboration, growth, and high performance.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to client representatives, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project priorities.
  • Architect and develop AI-enhanced platforms, AI agents, and automation solutions that streamline engineering processes.
  • Design and implement Proofs of Concept (PoCs) for AI integration into software engineering workflows.
  • Mentor team members in best practices, design patterns, clean code, and performance optimization.
  • Oversee software delivery from concept to production, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.
  • Promote continuous improvement and innovation across both technology and delivery processes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, especially in a US time-zone collaboration model (~6-hour CET overlap ideal).
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
