About the role: As a Lead Full Stack Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. This Israeli cybersecurity startup, founded in 2024, develops an AI-powered no-code platform that enables security teams to quickly build and customize their own security tools without relying on heavy engineering resources. Its mission is to democratize cybersecurity by simplifying how organizations create, deploy, and manage security applications—allowing users to generate solutions in minutes using AI, ready-made templates, or custom prompts instead of depending on costly, siloed traditional tools. We are looking for a hands-on Lead Full-Stack Engineer to join a fast-growing, well-funded cybersecurity startup on a mission to redefine modern security. This role combines deep technical ownership with leadership responsibility — you will help shape the product, influence architectural decisions, and set a high engineering standard from day one. You’ll work closely with founders and an international team in a startup environment that values proactivity, independence, and accountability. We are seeking someone who is comfortable taking ownership end-to-end, communicates fluently in English, and thrives in a high-bar, performance-driven culture. This is a key role for someone who wants to make a real impact while helping build and lead a strong engineering team as the company scales.
