We are looking for a passionate individual who is excited about the intersection of AI technology and supply chain optimization. The Lead Full-stack Engineer - GenAI is responsible for building and deploying advanced machine learning systems with a focus on generative AI technologies that drive value for our supply chain solutions. You will lead the design and development of production-grade Generative AI (GenAI) and SaaS platforms. You’ll be the technical force behind scalable, secure, and intelligent systems that transform rapid PoCs into enterprise-ready solutions.
This is a strategic technical role within our AI/ML team, working at the intersection of cutting-edge research and practical implementation. You will be responsible for designing, developing, prototyping, improving and scaling ML systems from conception through production deployment, with emphasis on generative AI models and full-stack integration capabilities.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • University degree or higher in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related technical field, OR 5-7 years of equivalent experience in machine learning engineering
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying ML models and systems in production environments
  • 3+ years of experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras) and generative AI models
  • Strong full-stack development experience with modern web technologies, ability to take concept to prototype

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Programming Languages: Expert-level proficiency in Python; proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL
  • ML/AI Frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, scikit-learn or equivalent
  • Generative AI: Experience with large language models (GPT, BERT, LLaMA), fine-tuning techniques (RLHF, LoRA), and prompt engineering or equivalent
  • Full-Stack Development: React, Node.js, REST APIs, microservices architecture
  • MLOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and deployment automation or equivalent
  • Data Technologies: Apache Spark, streaming data processing, vector databases, data warehousing or equivalent

INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

  • Supply Chain Software: Previous experience with supply chain management software, ERP systems, or logistics platforms is highly valued
  • Experience in B2B SaaS environments with enterprise-scale deployments
  • Background in operations research, industrial engineering, or supply chain optimization

ADVANCED TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Experience with reinforcement learning for sequential decision-making problems
  • Knowledge of graph neural networks and their applications to supply chain networks
  • Familiarity with edge computing and model optimization for deployment constraints
  • Experience with modern vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB) for RAG applications
