Job Description About the Role At Bilue, we believe great products come from great teams. As a Lead Full Stack Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of high-performing, cross-functional teams delivering digital experiences that matter for our clients. You’ll combine your technical craft with leadership to help shape solutions that are not only elegant and scalable, but also empower your teammates to do their best work. You’ll work primarily with React on the front end and C#/.NET services on the back end, collaborating closely with clients and colleagues to turn ideas into outcomes that have real impact. Responsibilities Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of full-stack features that raise the bar for quality and performance Build responsive, component-based UIs with React (Hooks, Context API, etc.) Develop and maintain back-end services in C#/.NET, integrating APIs and cloud services Collaborate directly with clients, product managers, designers, and engineers to turn complex needs into simple, working solutions Mentor team members, provide thoughtful code reviews, and guide technical decision-making to lift the whole team Champion best practices in Agile delivery, CI/CD, testing, code quality, and performance optimisation Qualifications About You You’re a technically strong and people-focused engineer with a proven track record of leading successful software delivery. You’re passionate about writing clean code, mentoring others, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build digital products that make a real impact.
