Build and maintain features that connect backend infrastructure to the frontend user experience. Mentor and guide small groups of engineers, reinforcing a strong engineering culture. Collaborate with various teams, including product and design. Ensure code quality and adherence to software best practices. Work with modern technologies like TypeScript, React, Python, FastAPI, and SQL databases (PostgreSQL) on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP). Requirements 7+ years of industry experience in building complex software. Full-stack expertise with significant experience in backend (Python) and frontend (TypeScript/React) development. Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent experience. Strong SQL skills and proficiency with SQL databases. Ability to design high-quality, pixel-perfect user interfaces. Experience leading the design of complex software systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and mentoring skills.
