Your mission You will be part of an agile and self organizing development & machine learning team. On a day-to-day basis you will: Maintain our infrastructure (Pipelines, Kubernetes, Security) Develop and maintain our AI-powered contract analysis platform Design, implement, and test new features Optimize our microservices architecture for scalability and performance Collaborate with our product team to turn customer requirements into technical solutions Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes Architect AI enabled features together with our team Your profile 7+ years of experience in full-stack development Focus or experience with devops technologies (Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes) Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Able to build a full feature from frontend to backend Either proficient in frontend or backend or both (Angular, Typescript, Python) Experience with databases (SQL) and APIs Nice to have: Experience with MLOps and AI Fluent in English, and ideally German Swiss working permit Quick learner with the courage and creativity to tackle complex challenges Self-motivated team player with strong organizational skills and a flexible mindset Why us?
