Job Description
As a valued colleague on our team, you will act as a team lead in the designing, producing, testing, or implementing software, technology, or processes, as well as lead processes for creating and maintaining IT architecture, Mission Critical Realtime transactional systems, large scale data stores, and cloud-based systems.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 4 years of experience
  • Experience with Full Stack Technologies: Proficient in Java/Spring boot, AWS core services, DevOps capabilities, familiarity with Angular, microservices-driven architecture, SQL/NOSQL Databases and Python.
  • Experience in handling Real-time transactions.
  • Certified AWS Software Developer, Solutions Architect.
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement skills across product and technology teams.
  • Ability to triage complex issues with high situational awareness and problem-solving acumen.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple teams and domains within an enterprise environment while ensuring delivery goals.
  • Passion for innovation, with a track record of driving proof-of-concepts, technology evaluations, and process improvements.

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Financial industry experience working on Trade execution and post trade analysis and reporting.
