• Develop and further develop our business-critical systems.
• Actively participate in code review, design and implementation.
• Drive technical choices and solution architecture together with our architect.

• Coach and support developers in their technical development.
• Participate in shaping our development organization and our working methods.

The role also includes HR responsibility for developers. We know it's a step for many engineers, and you will be supported in that area so that the focus can be where you make the biggest difference.

Your environment

In Kungsbacka, there is currently a full-stack developer, a QA Lead and a project manager. We also have colleagues in development and QA in Sri Lanka. You will be a key person as we gradually build up a stronger technical management in Sweden.
