We are a rapidly growing company, specializing in software solutions for body and paint shops, with a nationwide presence. Our software combines the functionality of a traditional dealer management system with intelligent cloud solutions to minimize organizational effort in workshops and maximize their productivity.
Currently, we are looking for a Lead Fullstack Developer (m/f/d) – Angular / Node.js to join our development team full-time.

WHAT SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE SHOULD YOU BRING?

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Fluency in spoken and written English and German
• Excellent knowledge of TypeScript, Angular Material, RxJS, NgRx, and Express.js
• At least 5 years of experience in Fullstack development with Angular and Node.js
• Strong understanding of web development technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and RESTful APIs
• Experience in writing unit tests and end-to-end tests
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, such as GitHub Actions
• Ability to make high-level design decisions and guide the team in their implementation
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• You must be able to come to a team meeting in Schöneberg once a week or every fortnight without any issues

BONUS SKILLS:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, Firebase, AWS, or Microsoft Azure
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Understanding of security tools and practices for securing web applications

• Lead the development and maintenance of both frontend and backend features, ensuring system reliability, performance, and scalability using Angular and Node.js.
• Design, develop, and optimize robust, maintainable web applications, enforcing best practices in modular architecture and clean coding.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality software with unit and end-to-end test coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define technical specifications, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and drive product innovation.
• Mentor and support the development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and engineering excellence.
• Oversee project planning, sprint execution, and workflow efficiency, ensuring smooth coordination across teams and timely delivery of high-impact features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance-critical code to enhance user experience and system efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, bringing innovative solutions to the team.
• Encourage a strong team culture, both remotely and in our weekly in-person meetings in Schöneberg, where we brainstorm, plan, and connect over lunch.
