Job Description What your weeks are going to look like Determine the most appropriate technical and conceptual approaches to achieve the project vision while respecting production constraints; Organize and lead regular team meetings to track progress, anticipate risks, and ensure timelines are met; Monitor deliverables and ensure standards for quality, consistency, gameplay, and schedules are respected; Actively contribute to the design and development of the video game in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team; Work closely with the Design Director (core team) to stay aligned with company standards; Mobilize, mentor, and support the direct team through ongoing coaching and continuous feedback; Build a trusted relationship with the partner and act as the main point of contact; Develop and share design best practices with other leads and the manager; Contribute to improving design processes to optimize efficiency and creativity. Qualifications What we're looking for Bachelor’s degree in game design or another job-related field combined with equivalent experience; Minimum of five (5) years of experience in game design; Team leadership experience; Strong command of the Unreal game engine; Solid mobile development experience; Experience on a third-person shooter game, an asset; Ability to travel abroad when required; Excellent command of both written and spoken French and English. English proficiency is required, as we collaborate with English-speaking partners.
