WHO WE ARE
We are GoSpooky. An incredibly fast-moving bunch of unconventional storytellers, social media superstars, and slam-dunking creatives. We know all things internet culture and create scroll-stopping content people actually want to share. One thing we all have in common: we’re always on the lookout for attention.
At GoSpooky, we believe in being authentic, bold, and creative—it’s the essence of who we are. We’re on the lookout for like-minded talent who share these values and thrive on pushing boundaries by shaking up social media. We need people who aren’t afraid to experiment, think outside the box, and embrace challenges with enthusiasm. If you’re someone who spots an opportunity in the morning and brings it to life by the afternoon, we’d love to hear from you.
WHAT WE DO
We’re constantly on the lookout for talent who share our passion for innovation and technical excellence—folks who live for coding groundbreaking games and aren’t afraid to dive into uncharted territory. We need people who spot a new development in the morning and have it prototyped by the afternoon. We love visionary developers and game designers, disruptive thinkers and tech wizards, people who can redefine what’s possible in the digital realm.
So, wanna join us?
THE ACTION:
We’re looking for a creative, highly motivated and talented Lead Game Programmer to take charge of the technical development for our branded games on Roblox. This is a highly technical, hands-on role where you will lead the development team, be responsible for a clean, scalable, maintainable code base, and make architectural decisions required to realize our branded games.
We are looking for opinionated developers that can back up their claims, love spending nights and weekends creating side projects, apps, websites, games, render engines, home assistant workflows and pride themselves on their ability to create the most amount of value in the least amount of code. You love talking about code and are able to explain it in a way where even your rubber duck understands. If you’re an autodidact with a passion for game development, teaching, and rapid development cycles, this role is for you. Of course, game development experience is very important to us, but if you tick all the boxes except the professional experience one, we’d still love to talk to you!
