Job Requirements Job Purpose: The role of Lead - Goa Garage Cafe will be completely responsible for establishing the Garage Cafe as a "must visit property in Goa” and create superior customer experience through the Cafe. The position will report to the Head - Brand Strategy & Operations and work closely with the Global Brand Commercial Organization. Position Overview: Location: Goa Position Title: Lead - Goa Garage Cafe Reports to: Head - Brand Strategy & Operations Function: Brand What you’ll do: Drive the revenue and operations for the Garage Cafe and build it as a flagship brand beacon Fully responsible for all aspects of all departments of the property, with focus on the cafe but expanding to sales and service of motorcycles. Evolve the property into a destination cafe in Goa by building the right experiences and managing demand gen Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive & serve the guests Conduct regular operations team meetings with all the Leads to discuss routine operational matters, sales targets, user feedbacks and action taken for service recovery, and also any staff issues. Ensure SOP implementation in all departments and check the same during routine operational checks. Inspecting all department with their respective Managers for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, staff grooming & hospitality culture Monitor the coordination between all departments for smooth & efficient operations Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction and service recovery process Identifying staff learning needs and assisting with development Conduct regular meetings with marketing for enquiry & follow up & conversion to grow up the business Responsible for the overall management of the operation of the hotel Any other duties assigned. Work Experience Experience: 7+ years of experience in Hospitality & retail industry. Possessing clear brand sensibility and creative abilities. Passion for motorcycling and experience of working with Lifestyle/youth brands would be an advantage. Qualification: Bachelor Degree (Full Time) - Specialization in Hospitality / Retail
