JOB SUMMARY

• We are looking for a highly skilled Lead GEN AI/ML Engineer to spearhead the development and deployment of cutting-edge LLM-based solutions.
• The ideal candidate will lead a team, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver innovative AI-driven applications, particularly in Chat, IVR, and Banking-related domains.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong experience in LLMs, NLP, and Deep Learning.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant ML/AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, etc.).
• Expertise in Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and Graph Databases (Neo4j).
• Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Experience working with LangChain, Haystack, and AI-driven automation workflows.
• Familiarity with OpenAI APIs and open-source LLMs.
• Experience leading teams and working in cross-functional, offshore environments.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in Banking, IVR, or Conversational AI applications.
• Exposure to hybrid search techniques, including HyDE, MMR, and LLM reranking.
• Familiarity with Cloud AI Services (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  Location: Irving, TX & Jacksonville, FL
  Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $120,000 – $130,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Leadership:Lead the entire project, working closely with the director and managing an offshore team of seven members.
• LLM Development & Deployment:Hands-on development and deployment ofLarge Language Model (LLM)-based solutions.
• Speech-to-Text Solutions:Implement and optimizeWhisper, TTS, and other Speech-to-Text models.
• AI-driven Applications:Work onChat, IVR, and Banking-related applications(preferred).
• Vector & Graph Databases:UtilizePinecone, Milvus (Vector DBs)andNeo4j (Graph DB)for efficientinformation retrieval.
• Transformer & Neural Networks:Develop and fine-tunetransformer-based and neural network models.
• OpenAI & Open Source LLMs:LeverageOpenAI APIsand open-source models such asLlama2, Mistral, Mixtral, etc.
• Automation & Agentic Workflows:Work with frameworks likeLangChain, Haystack, andAgentic Workflows.
