As a Lead Generation and Customer Experience Specialist you will:

  • Distribute inbound sales enquiries, received through channels including website contact forms, chat bots, social media platforms, and event lead forms, to sales teams.
  • Leverage internal systems to capture, track, and report on the progress and closure of inbound sales leads, including tender opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support effective lead conversion.
  • Coordinate RDO Equipment’s Customer Experience (CX) program with program vendors and internal stakeholders, and the regular reporting of feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate RDO Equipment’s presence on industry and government procurement platforms, including maintaining accurate business profiles, administering user access, and ensuring compliance documentation is current and complete.
  • Provide hands-on support to the Marketing team in the execution of marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across all areas of responsibility
