Job Overview: We’re looking for a Lead Generation & Outreach Executive to drive qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, and other digital channels. This role involves identifying prospects, creating compelling outreach messages, and booking appointments for the sales team. You must have strong English communication skills and a good understanding of content/copywriting. Responsibilities: · Generate B2B & B2C leads using LinkedIn, email, and other online platforms. · Craft and send personalized cold outreach messages and follow-ups. · Collaborate with sales to move leads through the funnel and book meetings. · Track outreach performance and optimize efforts regularly. · Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools. Skills & Requirements: · Minimum 6 months experience in Social Media Marketing & lead generation or outreach (B2B/B2C). · Strong English (written + verbal) and ability to write persuasive messages. · Experience with LinkedIn, email tools, and basic CRM software. · Proactive mindset with a focus on targets and conversions.
