Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role: As a Lead Generation Appointment Setter you will be responsible in the sales success by identifying and engaging potential clients, creating new business opportunities, and ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads for the sales team. This position directly contributes to revenue growth by building strong connections with decision-makers and setting the stage for successful client partnerships. Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct outbound cold calls daily to engage with decision-makers and generate qualified leads Research, identify, and target potential prospects across assigned industries/regions. Personalize sales pitches to address different customer pain points and industry challenges. Set up qualified appointments and demos for the sales team with prospects who meet defined criteria. Manage and update CRM records accurately, ensuring all calls, notes, and follow-ups are documented. Nurture leads with professional follow-up, converting initial conversations into meetings or demos. Build a quick rapport over the phone and compellingly position our services/products. Stay compliant with company policies and sales regulations during all communications. Work closely with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and continuously improve call outcomes. At least 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or lead generation. Experience in B2B (Business to Business) Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Strong resilience, with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated. Proven ability to quickly build rapport with diverse personalities over the phone. Organized and detail-oriented, with effective time management and follow-up skills. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) is advantageous since they are providing a training. Knowledgeable in using Google Suite (Word and Sheets) Ability to tailor messaging to different industries and decision-makers. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working with KPIs.
