This is a remote position. Schedule: Monday to Friday, Flexible schedule within client's business hours | New York (Eastern Standard Time) Paid hours per week: 20 Hours Responsibilities: Conduct research to identify and compile contact information for target buildings and prospects Perform cold outreach via email, phone calls, and LinkedIn messages to potential clients Target buildings where the team has previously done business or wants to establish relationships Create, curate, and manage regular newsletter content and distribution Follow up with active and passive leads to maintain engagement Cross-reference and verify contact information for accuracy Support lead generation processes and maintain organized prospect databases Assist with behind-the-scenes business development activities Requirements Proven experience in sales or lead generation Experience with cold outreach campaigns and lead research Proficiency in email marketing and newsletter management Strong research skills for finding and verifying contact information Ability to work independently and manage multiple outreach campaigns Experience with CRM systems and lead management processes Excellent written communication skills for email outreach Comfortable making cold calls and LinkedIn outreach Benefits Independent Contractor Perks Permanent work from home Immediate hiring ZR_28551_JOB
