The Lead Generation Campaigns Specialist will be responsible for email campaign and push notification production, and deployment across campaign factory's CMT's. This role executes the process of email campaign production and deployment from brief reception to sending and monitoring. Including the integration of HTML based emails, building of eDMs/push notifications, construction of email campaigns using pre-existing templates for international campaign, construction of email/push campaigns from scratch, build targeting workflows to define the audience if applicable, testing for functional and display quality, troubleshooting and correcting issues using HTML coding, managing the client approval process, define the target audience and scheduling the campaign sending.   Additionally plays a key role in building the partnership with our consumers, being its single point of contact and conducting regular operational reviews.   Act as a Campaign Deployment Specialist for the Customer Relationship Management, ensuring a high quality service execution and delivery to Nestlé Brands/Markets.   Using Adobe Campaign, perform the following tasks: •  Upon reception of eDM campaign brief and media assets: - Build emails using existing templates in the CMT - Integrate email content elements (HTML, images, videos, dynamic personalization) - Mapping the integrated content with the pre-defined target populations - Manage subscriber data, import and segmentation using a combination tools and database queries - Send campaign proofs for validation and perform requested reworks - Perform quality assurance testing to validate functional and rendering performance - Scheduling, executing and monitoring the campaign - Prepare campaign peformance report with brand's key metrics (delivery rate, bounce rate, open rate, CTR) - Troubleshooting campaign deployment problems (at workflow and delivery level) - Ensure a high level of partnership with client Nestlé brands and markets - Checking and validating the data given by the Market - Slizing and resizing the images according to the pruposed eDMs - Converting the creative/blocks into a flexible static HTML   • Upon reception of push notification campaign brief and media assets: - Check and validate the data given by the Market - Integrate push to Firebase - Send push proofs for validation and perform requested reworks - Integrate approved push to Firebase - Perform quality assurance testing to validate functional and rendering performance. - Scheduling, executing and monitoring the push. - Prepare Push peformance report with brand's key metrics (Sends, Opens, Conversions) - Troubleshooting push deployment problems   Maintain Operational Documentation to ensure proper execution of Services (Processes, Service Catalog, Briefs, Training material, standard routines, …). Liaise with Campaign Factory key Business Stakeholders, to integrate Guidelines and align Service Lines. Liaise with Campaign Factory Lead for Continuous improvement. Run regular operational review with Markets to track Service delivery. Get improvement actions listed and followed up until adherence to the committed Service level. Run periodic Meetings with Business/Market to collect demand as well as ensure that market adhere to Campaign Factory pre-requisites. Identify Market/Business knowledge gap and propose action to market to fill those gaps. Implement NCE awareness. Leverage and capture NCE potential through the usage of management routines such as the DOR / WOR / MOR / QOR and NCE practices such as GSTD (Go See Think Do).
