As our Lead Generation Coordinator, you’ll be the bridge between marketing and enrollment — tracking KPIs, refining campaigns, optimizing outreach, and personally engaging with potential clients who attend our events. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Director, Client Services team, and firm leadership to turn interest into action and help clients take the first step toward protecting what matters most.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Lead Generation Coordinator will spearhead the development and execution of marketing strategies designed to attract and nurture qualified leads. This role requires a dynamic marketing professional with deep experience in paid advertising, marketing automation, and data analytics. You’ll collaborate closely with our Marketing, Enrollment, and Operations teams to execute campaigns that support revenue generation.

ACADEMIC/EXPERIENCE:

  • 3–5 years of in-house or agency digital marketing experience, with proven success in lead generation, sales, or marketing roles.
  • Post-secondary education in marketing, digital marketing, new media, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, & ABILITY

  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms and tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).

Strong familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and PPC advertising strategies.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems or law office software such as:
  • HubSpot
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Computer, Telephone, Fax, Scanner, Copier, Postage Meter
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint)
  • ActionStep
  • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Experience planning and managing budgets and vendor relationships

Job Type: Part-time

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation Coordinator: Plan, execute, and optimize digital lead generation campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube, setting and tracking KPIs, benchmarks, and optimizing budgets for all lead generation marketing initiatives.

  • Email Marketing Coordinator: Utilize marketing automation tools to design, send, and track e-blasts.
  • CRM Manager: Oversee the CRM system (Hubspot), ensuring contact databases are segmented, maintained, and leveraged effectively for lead nurturing.
  • Digital Content & Web Manager: Create, update, and manage websites & campaign landing pages and all digital assets,
  • Digital Advertising Strategist: Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute digital ad campaigns supporting engagement, brand positioning, and revenue goals.
  • Marketing Analyst: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance; prepare customized reports and recommendations for optimization, providing weekly reporting to Director of Marketing on performance toward goals, departmental scorecards, expense status, and open project progress.
