JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in lead generation and customer engagement, preferably in the education and training sector. Experience with CRM systems and lead management tools.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and email marketing software. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using lead generation tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools).
  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the education and training industry, including key trends and challenges. Ability to quickly learn about new products and services and convey their value to potential clients.
Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to identify potential clients and partners in the education and training sector. Utilize various tools, platforms, and databases to generate leads, ensuring a consistent pipeline of potential customers. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
  • Customer Engagement: Manage and nurturenships relatio with prospective and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Engage with leads through various communication channels (email, phone, social media) to qualify them and guide them through the sales funnel. Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns with customer engagement strategies.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Track and report on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
  • Content Creation and Communication: Develop and distribute content that resonates with potential clients, including emails, newsletters, and social media posts. Work closely with the marketing team to create tailored messaging for different customer segments.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to provide feedback from customers, helping to refine offerings and improve the customer experience.Work with the marketing team to design and execute lead generation campaigns.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze and report on the effectiveness of lead generation and customer engagement efforts. Continuously optimize strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
