Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Cold Calling Specialist to join our real estate team. This person will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential buyers, sellers, renters, and investors, introducing our real estate services, generating leads, and setting appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, organized, and skilled at building rapport quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to homeowners, property owners, expired listings, FSBOs (For Sale By Owner), and potential clients.
  • Introduce and clearly communicate the company’s real estate services and value proposition.
  • Qualify leads by asking targeted questions to understand their buying, selling, or renting needs.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Set appointments for real estate agents with qualified prospects.
  • Follow up with warm leads and nurture long-term relationships through regular check-ins.
  • Overcome objections professionally and keep the conversation moving towards scheduling a meeting.
  • Work closely with the sales team to pass on qualified leads and improve conversion strategies.
  • Stay updated with real estate market trends, neighborhoods, and property values in the GTA (or assigned region).

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, lead generation, or inside sales (real estate experience is an asset).
  • Excellent communication skills — confident, clear, and persuasive over the phone.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections positively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with real estate processes (buying, selling, leasing) preferred.
  • High school diploma required; college or relevant certifications are an asset.

Compensation

  • commission-based (depending on experience and structure).

Schedule

  • Part-time or full-time, flexible hours, with focus on peak calling times (evenings and weekends may be required).
