OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team at Eden Mobility. In this role you will help facilitate growth developing incoming digital enquiries into potential high ticket outbound appointments. Prospecting of the existing customer database with regular offers and updates.

EXPERIENCE

· Experience of customer facing telesales
· A sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Experience working in a fast paced environment
· Accurate planning and administration
· Proficient in Microsoft Office/applications
· Competent admin and typing skills
· Excellent communication, both verbal and written
· Ability to work on own initiative, or collaborate with other departments when required
· Able to contribute to marketing strategy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Responsibilities
  • Follow up on all leads generated by digital marketing
  • Filter enquiries by phone, providing the Sales Team with high quality leads
  • Engage with potential new customers by phone, sparking interest in Eden Mobility’s products and services
  • Assess customers and assess/identify the right product for their circumstances
  • Quickly build rapport and break down potential sales barriers
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Executive to improve lead quality
  • Tracking & reporting of key metrics, such as leads in and conversion rate, and feed back to senior management
