We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Executive to generate business leads and support recruitment activities. Responsibilities • Generate business leads using LinkedIn, Google, job portals, company websites, and other online sources • Research prospects and build lead lists • Support outreach campaigns and track follow-ups in CRM or tracking tools • Follow up with prospects through LinkedIn messages, email, and other communication channels • Support recruitment activities including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication • Assist in day-to-day operations of Opal, the company’s AI recruitment platform • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, candidates, and follow-up activities • Work closely with the recruitment and sales team to support business growth and hiring delivery Requirements Must-have: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field • Minimum 6 to 12 months of working experience in lead generation, recruitment support, sales support, or a related role • Good understanding of LinkedIn, Google search, online research, and lead generation techniques • Basic knowledge of ChatGPT or similar AI tools • Good written English and communication skills • Able to work independently in a small, fast-moving team • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using digital tools Why Join Us • Exposure to AI-driven recruitment technology • Opportunity to grow in recruitment operations, lead generation, and hiring technology • Hands-on experience with modern recruitment platforms and automation tools • Apply Now: https://www.careers-page.com/oxy/job/X9YV778Y
