REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven Experience in a consultative lead generation or business development role, ideally within service / technology sale, e-commerce, digital marketing, or SEO space
  • Consultative Approach, Ability to identify customer pain points and offer tailored solutions rather than one-size-fits-all pitches.
  • Self-Starter who is proactive and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and hit lead generation targets.
  • Experience selling in a B2B environment
  • Organisation and multitasking skills
  • IT Literacy
  • Outstanding communication and selling skills: verbal, written, and presentation.
  • Experience with digital tools, Semrush, MOZ, CRM (Hubspot).
  • Proficient English language skills, written and spoken.
Responsibilities
  • Drive Lead Generation: Use your expertise to generate top-tier leads through intelligent prospecting and cold calling for the commercial team to close
  • Consult & Strategise: Engage with potential clients, dig deep into their business needs, and offer personalised SEO and digital strategies that deliver real results.
  • Client Qualification: Qualify prospects by assessing their needs and determining their suitability for our services.
  • CRM Management: Track and manage all client interactions in our CRM, ensuring a smooth pipeline from initial contact to conversion.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong, lasting relationships with potential clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
