As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Lead Generation / Growth Marketing Manager to drive our customer acquisition and revenue growth initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrable experience in B2B lead generation and growth marketing
  • Proficiency with Apollo, HubSpot, or similar CRM/email campaign tools
  • Experience managing multi-channel outreach strategies
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, professional approach to cold outreach
  • Organised, data-driven, and proactive in finding new opportunities
  • Experience in account management is a plus
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven marketer with a proven track record in lead generation. You’ll take ownership of creating and managing campaigns across various channels to build our sales pipeline and support business development efforts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and execute effective lead generation strategies using email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and industry events
  • Manage overall business marketing activities
  • Use tools like Apollo and HubSpot to manage outreach, campaigns, and lead nurturing
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales targets
  • Build and maintain targeted prospect lists and execute campaigns that generate qualified leads
  • Track campaign performance, analyse results, and continuously optimise tactics for higher conversions
  • Represent Facit at trade shows and networking events
  • Support customer account management, ensuring a smooth transition from lead to client
