Job description:
We are seeking a Lead Generation Co-op Intern for students enrolled in a Canadian college or university co-op program. This position is strictly for students seeking co-op credit and is commission-based, providing practical exposure to business development, client acquisition, and B2B sales.

Important: To be eligible, applicants must be enrolled in a co-op eligible program. TruWebz Studios Inc. will provide mentorship and structured learning, while the academic institution awards the co-op credit based on completion and performance.Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients across industries in Canada.
  • Generate leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, social media, and online directories.
  • Maintain accurate lead records and track progress in CRM tools (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Assist in outreach campaigns to schedule discovery calls for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to refine lead strategies.
  • Submit weekly reports and updates for evaluation by the co-op office (if required).

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be enrolled in a Canadian college/university co-op program.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional networking tools is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Interest in web design, digital marketing, or sales is a plus.
