Description

An exciting opportunity to join a rapid-growth Web Development & digital marketing agency is now available! Digitex Technologies is currently looking for an experienced Lead Generation Manager to drive high-quality lead generation in support of our sales goals. As a key player in our sales and marketing team, you will work closely to refine lead generation that fuel our sales pipeline and drive business growth. This will feature (but not limited to) – cold calling, email marketing, email automation, email prospecting and more.
You will need to have familiarity with the following technologies (required for this role): Apollo.io,Instantly.ai OR Lemlist OR another email automation tool, SalesForce OR Pipedrive OR Hubspot, , LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Microsoft Office.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3+ years of experience in lead generation or business development roles with a proven track record of driving successful lead generation campaigns. Preferably in a digital marketing and/or software environment.
  • A driven, hungry personality. You will be a hunter who loves to chase and win new prospects.
  • Experience working with an email automation software such as Instantly.ai, Lemlist or other. Along with experience using a sales CRM (Salesforce, Pipedrive etc) and experience using Apollo.ai to generate contacts.
  • Native-level fluency in English with excellent written communication skills and the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • A self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. If the successful candidate lives within close enough proximity to our London office (Dagenham RM10), they can work from the office also.
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience in performance tracking and optimisation to achieve measurable metrics (e.g. conversion rates, cost per lead).
  • Comfortable working as part of a distributed team, using chat (team), video calls, and Outlook.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities. This can be through cold calling, email marketing, social media networking and other methods.
  • Generate a strong pipe line of minimum of 20-30 qualified leads per month, to be passed to a Sales Manager for closing deals.
  • Research, create, and implement innovative lead generation strategies that align with Digitex Technologies’ goals and objectives. This includes the ability to find key contacts/key decision makers to approach within medium to large size organisations.
  • Target growing sectors, including Finance, Fintech, construction, Health, E-Commerce.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure lead generation activities are aligned with sales priorities and contribute directly to revenue goals.
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of lead generation strategies, using data -driven insights to refine and improve campaigns over time.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of lead generation efforts, regularly reporting on progress and performance.
